Kris Zagoria

A creative entrepreneur, Kris Zagoria’s most recent success was founding Moxie Interactive, a digital marketing and advertising agency, in 2000 and serving as CEO through 2009. Under Zagoria’s leadership the agency went from a five-person shop to one of the top 10 interactive agencies in the US, with agency billings upwards of $200 million, a team of over 285 talented professionals, offices in Atlanta, New York and Los Angeles and a client roster including Verizon Wireless, 20th Century Fox, L’Oreal, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Puma, The Home Depot, UPS, Turner and more. Notable achievements Kris brought to Moxie include:

Prior to Moxie, Kris held three other posts. She was a partner in a video and film production company where she worked on projects for ESPN, Mercedes-Benz and Limelight Productions. She worked for New World Rising creating graphics, animation and special effects for award-winning broadcast TV commercials such as GTE Wireless, HGTV, Parisian, Southern Living and more. And she was President of O2 Interactive, the new media department of O2 Ideas Advertising Agency, leading teams in Internet and Intranet strategy, design, development and implementation


Richard Nailling

Richard Nailling is Chief Executive Officer of Free All Media, a new digital media company that offers free premium content to consumers in return for engaging with advertisers.  The company works with major record labels such as Universal, EMI and SONY, and leading advertisers such as American Express, Coca-Cola, and GE.

As an alumnus of executive sales, marketing, and TV programming roles in the Media and Entertainment industry with Universal Studios TV and Rysher Entertainment, Mr. Nailling began his digital career working in partnership with IBM’s Entertainment Group in Woodland Hills, CA.

His Los Angeles-based Mulholland Media created interactive multimedia applications for IBM’s clients including Disney, Twentieth Century Fox, and Paramount Studios.  Mulholland Media was one of the founding two companies that formed Atlanta-based iXL in 1996. During his tenure at iXL from 1996 to 2001, Richard held a number of senior executive positions, including SVP – Sales and Marketing, SVP – Product Management, and Global Client Partner for clients including JP Morgan Chase, News Corp., CNN, and Twentieth TV.

After iXL’s IPO, Mr. Nailling initially served as an advisory board member of Atlanta-based Studiocom Interactive, and formally joined the firm as its Executive Vice President from 2004 to 2007.  Nailling assisted the firm in its effort to be acquired by VML/WPP and also spearheaded the opening of Studiocom’s Boston office servicing Dunkin’ Brands and CVS Pharmacy. Mr. Nailling graduated from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro in 1984 with a BA in Broadcasting and Cinematography.
